• Izintaba Lodge

Just returned from an amazing long weekend in Giraffe cottage, This was so clean and well equipped for our group of 5 adults and of course our dog, what a privilege to have him with. We did our own game drives and saw much more game than we expected. We even watched the Boks play the Pumas on the TV in the Boma by connecting our laptop. The guests already there were so excited because they had been watching on a cell phone. Great game and a great vibe.
We visited sunset rock, swam in the sparkling clean pool and visited the dam, where we saw most of the game, mingling in the open plain. One couple took the canoe around the dam. We loved being able to do the different walking trails. We declined the services offered by the cleaners as we had already put the dishwasher to good use and we'd made our own beds, so I'm unable to comment on service. What I will say is that they were there, eager and friendly, but we didn't need them. I highly recommend this place for an affordable bush break

If you want to rest, this is perfect. Good location, neat, friendly, exclusive. Everything was perfect and would highly recommend. Nice place to walk and jog too.

Really enjoyed the game drives in our own vehicle as well as the wildlife. Accommodation is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there.

Lovely cottages in silent nature. Lovely place in the bush! Peaceful environment. Well maintained.

• Kudu Cottage

Every time we want to go to the Waterberg region, Izintaba's Kudu Lodge is on the top of our list. The tranquility, the spacious lodge, the well-equiped kitchen + braai area and other facilities... This is one of our favourite spots. On the last morning we had giraffe just in front of the lodge, as well as zebra. This place is just wonderful.

What a wonderful weekend break-away to disconnect from the daily rat race! Nothing more relaxing than listening to the fire crackling accompanied by calls from jackals at dusk.
Our fur babies also thoroughly enjoyed all the new smells and "meeting" new species.

Nikki was always there to help and answer all our questions, units spaced far enough from one another to give one the feeling of solitude, was sad to leave, but we will most definitely be back.
