* The minimum rate is for the house for the total booking, 2 nights on a normal weekend and 3 nights on a long weekend. It only applies if the total pppn rate does not exceed the minimum rate.

Special Rates:

Infants 0-2 years, not occupying a bed: No charge
Children 3-12 years: Less 50%
Pensioners, over 65 with ID: Less 10% during low season

Deposits:

Deposits to be made within 2 working days of confirmation to secure reservation. Midweek and weekend bookings: 50% of total booking cost to secure booking, balance payable on arrival. Long weekends, Easter, Christmas and New years: 50% of total booking cost to secure reservation, balance payable one week before arrival.
