* The minimum rate is for the house for the night, minimum of 3 nights during high seasons.


Special Rates:
  • Infants 0-2 years, not occupying a bed: No charge
  • Children 3-12 years: Less 50%
  • Pensioners, over 65 with ID: Less 10% during low season
Deposits:

Deposits to be made within 2 working days of confirmation to secure reservation. Midweek and weekend bookings: 50% of total booking cost to secure booking, balance payable on arrival. Long weekends, Easter, Christmas and New years: 50% of total booking cost to secure reservation, balance payable one week before arrival.
